Tried for the first time and ended up getting a smoothie and an acai bowl. Both were tasty but will definitely be going back for another bowl. Cornell was super friendly and knowledgeable on the menu.

Luis always gives the best customer service. He’s friendly and makes every visit enjoyable. His Açaí bowls and Matcha Lattes are always perfectly consistent, and delicious. I really appreciate the care he puts into everything he does.

Stopped in for something refreshing for the 4th of July. I order an açaí bowl and as mentioned from other reviews, you do have to build your own. (which could be a plus or minus depending on who you ask) Overall, my bowl was good. The açaí was a bit bland but the fruit was flavorful and the topping fresh! The girls working there are very sweet. Check it out for yourself, plus they offer other items aside from açaí bowls!

First time trying this place and I got the build your own smoothie bowl. It’s a lot bigger than the bowl I get another establishment. It was good and all the fruit tasted fresh. I wish they would have added more honey on top of mine but next time I can ask for more honey. Will try a cold pressed juice next time as well.

Trendy, popular spot for healthy and delicious smoothies, juices, acai bowls, and other things! Not really my thing, but they made something really delicious (and beautiful, these people are artists!) The employees are super friendly and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable about the ingredients that they offer. Seating is cozy, but limited. Would be great for small groups or hangouts. They also offer to go service, so that's a convenient option! 10/10 would try again!

I’ve been getting juices twice a week from Sustain for over a year now. I originally went to their Richmond location, JuiceWell, and after it closed, I started coming to their Sustain location even though it is out of the way for me. Luis is an amazing employee. He always has such a positive attitude, and I genuinely look forward to seeing him every time I come in. The juices are consistently great and high quality, but what really keeps me coming back is the customer service. Luis truly makes the experience welcoming and positive!
